Excellence In Academics

IELTS English proficiency requirement will be conditionally admitted into the University of Arkansas and will attend the intensive English program before beginning their regular academic coursework.

Scholarship Opportunities

The University of Arkansas offers competitive scholarship and graduate assistantship opportunities to qualified students through a separate application process. Some of the awards available include the following:
 

Each department administers its own assistantships and they vary widely in availability and amount of funding, depending on each department’s needs.

CHANCELLOR’S SCHOLARSHIP:

Annual award up to $8,000 per year, for up to four years of study

SILAS HUNT SCHOLARSHIP:

Annual awards up to $5,000 or $8,000 per year, for up to four years of study

TRANSFER STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS: 

Variety of awards and amounts available to entering transfer students 

U OF A DEPARTMENTAL SCHOLARSHIPS:
